How install APK games for Android Phones and Tablet
Enable Unknown Sources
Before attempting a manual installation of apps using the .apk files, you must first allow your phone to install from “Unknown Sources” (i.e. non-Market apps).
To do this, navigate to Menu -> Settings -> Applications and check the box marked “Unknown Sources“.
Then, choose the metod and the programs you prefer:
Using the Android App Installer
First, download here the Android app installerThen extract using your favourite extraction program or using windows explorer.
Make run the .exe to start the program.
What you can do now is:
Put the apk file inside the folder "Android app installer" and run the "Drag and drop files here" file (remember the ".apk" suffix)
Or
The easier way is to right click on the "Drag and drop files here" file and choose Send to, then click Desktop (As shortcut). From there. you can, any time, just drag any apk file from any directory to the "Drag and drop files here" file. and it will install it directly.
If you have problems with connectivity with your phone, make sure first to:
1- Enable USB-Debugging on your phone
2- Connect your phone to your computer
Using the ASTRO File Manager
Download the APK file in your computer. We’ll call the file as sample.apk here. If you downloaded directly on your phone, it will be in the folder called ‘downloads’ on SD card.
Then Download ASTRO File Manager from the Android Market on your phone. You can use any other file manager as well.
Connect your phone to the PC and transfer the sample.apk file anywhere in your SD card or phone memory.
Disconnect from PC and navigate through the app to your directory where the APK is transferred.
Tap on the sample.apk file. A popup will show up. Now tap on the “Open App Manager” button.
Tap on the Install button. It will then take you to the Android installation interface where it will show you the permissions required for the app. Tap ‘Install’ again for the installation to begin.
That’s it! The application is now installed in your phone!

Using the Dropbox sharing file service
Download and install Dropbox from the market. (It’s free)!. When you have it, set up an account if you do not already have one.
Then download a file on your computer and upload to your Dropbox account.
Open the Dropbox app on your device and login.
Browse to the folder you just uploaded your file to.
Tap on it to download.
When prompted, click “Install!”
Open the Dropbox app on your device and login.
Browse to the folder you just uploaded your file to.
Tap on it to download.
When prompted, click “Install!”
It's all, your apk file is installed on your Androis device!
Using the Online Apk Installer
Step 1: Upload File
First, navigate to www.apkinstall.com.
Here you will see a black “Browse Files…” button. Select this and choose the apk file on your PC. (The apk file will remain active on the website for 15 minutes!)
Once you have uploaded the file, a QR code will appear on the website.
You must scan this QR code with a Barcode Scanner. The website suggests using Barcode Scanner or Google Goggles.
Once the QR code has scanned, you can click on the link to download the .apk file straight to your device. After the .apk file has downloaded to your Android device you can install it by simply clicking on it and navigating through the installation pages.
First of all, install the Android SDK on your computer. You will also need to install the Android USB drivers to connect the SDK to your phone via USB. You can download it from here - http://dl.google.com/android/android_usb_windows.zip .

Next, just open Command Prompt and type: adb install path/file.apk
Where path is the full path to the APK file and file is the name of the APK application file. Your application is now installed. This is all you need to do, now just open the application on your phone and use it.
